Well this is how I would describe a chimney cake …….it’s a horn of plenty, a sugar encrusted spiral of sponge filled with cream, ice cream, nuts and fruits in flavours of your choice. I chose tiramisu. Shops a plenty are selling them in and around the Old Town in Prague and insta fans are in foodie and social upload heaven with their photo selfies brandishing their chimney cakes up close with a typical Prague back ground. 
Wow, looks absolutely delicious.
