Padstow is an upscale fishing town on the North Cornish coast who can boast about its first class eateries created by chef royalty namely Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth, this in turn has meant that Padstow has become the byword for good food and for me good gin as I happenstanced on Tarquin’s Cornish on my recent visit. The Grey Traveller likes a gin, a walk and comfort and I found all three in Padstow with coastal and river walks on tap and a raft of good restaurants offering first class food and a comfortable bed to walk up the Padstow hill to.
Here are a few of my favourite photographs ……
Id forgotten just how picturesque Padstow was. Lovely photos and such good weather.
