Whilst watching Season 2 Unforgotten from ITV collection I spotted or at least I think I did, Roupell and Pearman Streets in Southwark, London. Roupell Street being one of the nicest London Streets I have come across when walking from Waterloo to the Shard. Terraced flat fronted houses in a mid brown and many decorated with flower baskets, all neatly kept and well maintained.
It’s often not the famous landmarks in a city which thrill me but the hidden alleyways and cute mews streets that create the greatest thrill. So thank you ITV and Unforgotten for helping relive that memory.
I also love the hidden away lanes and just walking around them for the sake of enjoying the history and ambience of the area.

Those mews are all so nice. Never seen Unforgotten, is it worth catching up with?

Yes it is because I have an attention span of a goldfish when it comes to crime series but this was well worth it!

May give it a try then as we’re housesitting here in Lymington and could do with a series to watch and get our teeth into.

It seems very nice, just settling in. Weather isn’t great today but enjoyed our morning walk in the New Forest in the rain.
