Wat Prasingh in Chiang Mai, photoblog.

E31DD5D0-8C98-42B0-B9BA-4E2E93CFCC0CThe temples in Chiang Mai are abundant particularly in the old city area. As with all the temples I came across I was welcomed to wander around and gawp in amazement at the decorations and golden buddhas night or day.

Exploring Chiang Mai early evening is ideal as the sun has dropped and the heat not as intense. It’s easy to hail a tuk tuk between temples if the going gets tough!

Came across this beauty (Wat Prasingh) one evening right by the Suandork Gate. Temples look and feel quite different at night and this one had horses tethered in the grounds ….you never know what you might come across!
