Mathew Street, Liverpool – a photoblog.

41013D6A-21AE-4BAF-B41C-CE9EAC26FAE2Imagine my excitement a lifelong Beatle fan staying in Liverpool  at a hotel called Hard Day’s Night only to find it’s on the junction of North John Street and Mathew Street. Yes THE Mathew Street where the famous Cavern Club is, along with a statue of John and a statue of Cilla which conveniently pose so all the world and his dog can ‘do a selfie’ if the mood takes them.

Quietish during the day but alive at night, this Cavern Club Quarter district is a must if wanting to immerse yourself in all things Beatle, here are a few photos to whet your Beatle appetite.
