The Cotswolds (England) photo blog.

Nothing like a bank holiday to draw The Grey Traveller out and about exploring the  countryside. With my besties, a few walks, a few drinks and good food Bank Holiday was definitely happy days and a chance to recharge batteries before returning to the nine to five.

Bourton on the Water – everyone’s favourite! Easy to find footpaths for taking walks out of the town. Hard to park….but worth waiting for. Easy to reach the pretty Slaughter villages from here on foot.

Lower and Upper Slaughter

Stow on the Wold, pretty market town with the oldest pub in England in the square.
